This is an old house that was damaged during the burning of the Clover City library. Because of this fire, the house was remodeled. This house retains the classic and old exterior but the interior has been modernized. The light is very important in this house, so will a lot of white and lots of lights to illuminate the house at night.
The house has 3 levels or floors. In the first level you find the living room and the pool. In a separate building are the kitchen, dining room and a small bathroom. Opposite the kitchen is the site for the grill and the stairs to the pool. Because the large windows you can enjoy the scenery and also allows the sims parents to see the kids while they are playing in the pool.
The second floor has a large living room to enjoy watching TV, reading or playing video games. It has two bedrooms: the master bedroom and another smaller. The master bedroom has a huge bathroom with pool view, although this is equipped with panels and curtains for the Sims less exhibitionists.
The third floor has a bedroom perfect for a lonely teenager, it has a computer and an easel.

This is a special download. This is a house that I remodeled to TheSims3Musketeers September Challenge (Chatterbox Challenge of the Month). I won the challenge and the house is available on this site, TheSims3Musketeers
My idea for this house was to use bright colors , because it is a house on the beach.
First the landscaping. I made a small lake, connected to a small river that runs below the house, and I built a wooden bridge over it. For the garden I decided to put a lot of sand, rocks and tropical plants. And finally, I built a pool in the corner of the garden.
For the house, as I mentioned before, I decided to wear bright colors, at least in its majority. The master bedroom is decorated with orange and white colors and the intention was to give the room something of freshness. I used a mirror behind the bed to give the illusion of a large room
The master bathroom is decorated with blue colors, mosaic and stone
For a guest room I used warm colors, decorative suns and sunflowers
For the other guest room that Jack will use as a studio, I used blue and aqua, his favorite color. In the picture is not visible, but also I put a television and a computer in the room.
In this picture you can see the entrance of the house which is decorated with baskets, some wood, mirrors and candles
Finally the living room, dining room and the kitchen. For the kitchen I decided to use ligth green and white. For the furniture in the living room and dining room I used light wood and wicker. The whole room is decorated with many plants

This house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is decorated with warm colors, where most yellow and orange colors also, a little red and a lot of brown. I have also used a lot of glass windows and make some interior gardens with predominantly yellow flowers, including sunflowers in the center of the house.

This house has its own greenhouse, a stone bridge and a beautiful lake where you can swim. It is ideal for a family of 4 members who love nature. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and especially many plants.
